- WE NEED A MORE LIVABLE CITY! WE NEED A MORE EQUITABLE CITY!
-Ask the City Council to support-
*A plan with more home ownership for our low- and middle-income residents *A plan for mixed income housing-not economically segregated housing *A plan that requires at least 30% middle income housing in each new project. *A plan that protects renters and ends gentrification due to spiraling growth *A plan that keeps and adds to our mature trees and current green spaces. *A plan that is more cohesive in height, scale, and density with our neighborhoods *A plan that safeguards local businesses from closing with the new constructions. A plan that maintains current citizen input and legal recourse for new building design. *A plan that utilizes current Planning Board oversight of design *A plan that includes our current system of checks and balances.
